- NaN Mcdougalls Plain Flour
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan). Place 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large, shallow baking tray and heat in the oven for 10 minutes until the oil is sizzling hot.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the plain flour, eggs, and milk until smooth. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper to the batter for seasoning.
- 3. Carefully pour the batter into the hot baking tray and return it to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the Yorkshire pudding is golden and puffed up.
- 4. While the pudding is baking, prepare the fillings. Slice the roast beef thinly, and wash and dry the rocket leaves and spinach.
- 5. Once the Yorkshire pudding is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Cut it into large rectangular portions suitable for wrapping.
- 6. Spread 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce on each portion of Yorkshire pudding, then layer with roast beef slices, rocket leaves, and spinach.
- 7. Carefully roll each portion into a wrap, securing with a toothpick if necessary. Serve immediately for a warm, hearty breakfast.
