- - Vandevi Asafoetida 50g
- - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 325G Monjardin Organic Haricot Beans, 325G
- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
- - Ktc Coconut Milk 400ml
- 100 G East End Ground Coriander
- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
- - Tata Salt
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat sunflower oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add hing and cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- 2. Add the chopped green chili and diced bell peppers, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 3. Stir in the chopped green beans, green peas, and tomato. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- 4. Sprinkle in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
