  • - Vandevi Asafoetida 50g
  • - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
  • 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • 325G Monjardin Organic Haricot Beans, 325G
  • 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
  • 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
  • 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
  • - Ktc Coconut Milk 400ml
  • 100 G East End Ground Coriander
  • - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
  • - Tata Salt
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat sunflower oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add hing and cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add the chopped green chili and diced bell peppers, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped green beans, green peas, and tomato. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Sprinkle in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
