- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 158G Fsg Preserved Bamboo Shoots, 158G
- 200G Itsu Restaurant Ramen Flat Noodles
- 250G Garlic 250g
- 100G Ginger 100G
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
- 227G Golden Swan Whole Water Chestnuts, 227G
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the vegetables: Peel and slice the carrots into thin matchsticks. Chop the celery sticks into small pieces. Dice the onions and slice the mushrooms into thin strips.
- 2. Cook the noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the Itsu Restaurant Ramen Flat Noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Heat the oil: In a large wok or frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of Crisp N Dry Oil over medium-high heat.
- 4. Stir-fry the vegetables: Add the diced onions, sliced mushrooms, chopped celery, and carrot matchsticks to the hot oil. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
