Ingredients
- 200G Picard - Breaded Shrimp
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 300G Pack'D Organic & Chopped Pineapple
- 850 Ml Tropicana Sensations Pineapple Fruit Juice
- 4 kg 4Kg Potato Starch Food Grade Chinese Indian Asian Thai Cooking Food
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 200 Ml Minus 8 Vinegar Dehydr8, 200Ml
- - Kikkoman Traditionally Brewed Marudaizu Shoyu Soy Sauce 1L
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- 2. Add 2 stalks of sliced celery, 1 diced onion, and 1/2 a chopped green pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- 3. Stir in 1 cup of pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of soya sauce. Mix well.
- 4. In a small bowl, dissolve 1 tablespoon of potato starch in 2 tablespoons of water. Add this mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Add 1 pound of steamed shrimp to the skillet. Simmer everything together for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are heated through and coated in the sauce.
- 6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice. Enjoy your tropical-inspired dinner!
