- 295G Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 125 Ml Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil, 125Ml
- 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 1 Unit Organic Cabbage White 1 Unit
- - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
- - Ginger - 100g
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- - Tata Salt
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 1 Jar Rowse Clear Honey
- 300G Ajr Japchae Korean Soy Stir Fry Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.
- 3. Heat the neutral oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- 4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 5. Stir in the red bell pepper and shredded cabbage, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
