- 10Cm Guanajuato White Corn Tortillas, 10Cm
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 1 Litre Casa Marrazzo Sun Dried Tomatoes In Oil, 1 Litre
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of fresh spinach (chopped), 1 cup of light cream cheese, 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions, and 1/4 cup of turkey bacon bits. Mix until well combined.
- 2. Lay out 10 large whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- 3. Spread an even layer of the spinach and cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape and wrap them individually in plastic wrap.
