Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
  • 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
  • - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
  • 158G Fsg Preserved Bamboo Shoots, 158G
  • 225G The Tofoo Co. Original Seitan
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
  • 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/4 cup water. Mix well and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add 3/4 lb seitan, cut into bite-sized pieces, and stir-fry until heated through and slightly golden, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the seitan from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced red bell pepper, and 1 sliced green bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. 5. Add 1/4 lb sliced mushrooms and 1 cup bamboo shoots to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Return the cooked seitan to the skillet and pour in the prepared soy sauce mixture. Stir well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  7. 7. Add 1 tsp garlic powder and stir-fry for 1 minute to combine the flavors.
  8. 8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
