Ingredients
- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
- 158G Fsg Preserved Bamboo Shoots, 158G
- 225G The Tofoo Co. Original Seitan
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/4 cup water. Mix well and set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add 3/4 lb seitan, cut into bite-sized pieces, and stir-fry until heated through and slightly golden, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the seitan from the skillet and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, add 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced red bell pepper, and 1 sliced green bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
- 5. Add 1/4 lb sliced mushrooms and 1 cup bamboo shoots to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Return the cooked seitan to the skillet and pour in the prepared soy sauce mixture. Stir well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- 7. Add 1 tsp garlic powder and stir-fry for 1 minute to combine the flavors.
- 8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
