Ingredients

  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • Bunch Spring Onion (Bunch)
  • 10 Kg Pegasus Aaa Jasmine Fragrant Rice 10kg
  • 950G Shazans Chicken Breast
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
  • - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
  • - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
  • - Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. 2. Cut 500 g halal chicken pieces into bite-sized chunks, ensuring they are evenly sized for cooking.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Add the chicken and 3 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and opaque.
  5. 5. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir-fry for 30 seconds, allowing the flavors to combine.
  6. 6. Add 3 chopped green onions to the skillet and mix well.
  7. 7. Serve the stir-fried chicken immediately over freshly cooked rice.
