- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- Bunch Spring Onion (Bunch)
- 10 Kg Pegasus Aaa Jasmine Fragrant Rice 10kg
- 950G Shazans Chicken Breast
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
- - Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- 2. Cut 500 g halal chicken pieces into bite-sized chunks, ensuring they are evenly sized for cooking.
- 3. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add the chicken and 3 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and opaque.
- 5. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir-fry for 30 seconds, allowing the flavors to combine.
- 6. Add 3 chopped green onions to the skillet and mix well.
- 7. Serve the stir-fried chicken immediately over freshly cooked rice.
