  • 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley

  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 2 Per Pack Natoora White Onions

  • 225G The Tofoo Co. Original Seitan
  • - Potts Vegetable Stock Can
  • - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
  • - Schwartz Paprika
  • 150 Ml Eaten Alive Smoked Sriracha Hot Sauce, 150Ml
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 finely chopped white onion to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in 8 oz of sliced fresh mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Add 500 g of seitan, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp hot sauce, and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the seitan is heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook.
  5. 5. Deglaze the pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable stock and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes to reduce slightly.
  6. 6. Season with 1 1/2 tsp salt and sprinkle 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Stir gently to combine.
  7. 7. Serve hot over cooked egg noodles or your choice of side.
