- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley

- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 2 Per Pack Natoora White Onions

- - Schwartz Paprika
- 150 Ml Eaten Alive Smoked Sriracha Hot Sauce, 150Ml
- - Tata Salt
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 finely chopped white onion to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
- 3. Stir in 8 oz of sliced fresh mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add 500 g of seitan, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp hot sauce, and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the seitan is heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook.
- 5. Deglaze the pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable stock and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes to reduce slightly.
- 6. Season with 1 1/2 tsp salt and sprinkle 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Stir gently to combine.
- 7. Serve hot over cooked egg noodles or your choice of side.
