  • 300G Natco Cashews, 300G
  • 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
  • - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
  • 50G Top-Op Nutmeg Powder 50g

Instructions

  1. Place 1/4 cup of butter in a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish. Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds, or until melted.
  2. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper until well combined.
  3. Add 4 cups of cashews to the mixture, stirring thoroughly to coat the nuts evenly.
  4. Microwave the coated cashews on high for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes, until the butter is fully absorbed and the nuts are lightly toasted.
