- - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Ponti Red Wine Vinegar
- 500 Ml Superior Gold Label Light Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- 50 g Dry Ginger | Sukku | Sonth | Chukku | Sonti | Onashunti Powder 50G
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
- 2. Add 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds and sauté for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add 2 sliced onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 1/2 cup ginger-flavored soy sauce, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon bean sauce, and 1 tablespoon ginger powder. Mix well.
- 5. Add 1/2 pound of sliced mushrooms, 1/2 pound of green beans, and 1/2 pound of shredded white cabbage. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of vegetable broth with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Add this to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- 7. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the stir-fry and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
