- 75G Perello Capers In Salt, 75G
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is hot.
- 2. Season 2 1/2 lbs of fresh tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3. Place the tuna steaks in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and just cooked through.
