- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
- - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- - Tata Salt
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a medium oven-safe skillet or baking dish with olive oil.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in the prepared skillet over medium heat. Add the baby spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
