- 450G Pack'D Organic Broccoli Florets
- 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
- - Broccoli 750g
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Tata Salt
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 Kg Tate & Lyle Granulated Sugar
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Wash and cut 1 1/2 lb broccoli into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with 3 tbsp oil, 1 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp sugar until evenly coated.
- 4. Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are slightly crispy and the broccoli is tender.
- 5. While the broccoli is baking, toast 1 tbsp sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Once the broccoli is done, transfer it to a serving dish and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top. Serve warm.
