  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch

  • 300G Pure Sweet Potato Starch, 300G
  • 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
  • 280G The Tofoo Co Naked Organic Extra Firm Tofu
  • - Chung Jung One Sweet Potato Glass Noodle
  • 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
  • 190G Natco Garlic Paste, 190G
  • 1 Ft Sugar Cane - 1 Ft

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak 200g of pure sweet potato starch glass noodles in warm water for 20 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp garlic paste to create the sauce. Set aside.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Add 1 thinly sliced carrot, 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper, and 100g of sliced mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the drained noodles to the other side. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and mix well.
  6. 6. Add 2 thinly sliced spring onions and 1 handful of spinach to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  7. 7. Sprinkle 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds over the noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
  8. 8. Serve hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
