Ingredients
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- - Chong Jung Won Chinese Black Bean Paste
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut 1 lb of beef steak into thin strips and coat with a mixture of 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 2. Chop 1 onion, 1 green bell pepper, and 1 red bell pepper into chunks.
- 3. Heat 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef strips and stir-fry for 1 minute, then remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Return the beef to the pan and add 6 tablespoons of black bean paste and 4 tablespoons of water. Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is heated through. Serve hot.
