Ingredients
- - Oregano 100g
- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- 2 kg, 3 kg Indian Onion - 2 Kg & 3 Kg
- - Longley Farm Freshly Soured Cream
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- NaN Bute Island Cheddar Flavour Block
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté 1 chopped onion with 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes until the onion is softened.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of chopped spinach, 1 cup of soured cream, 1 cup of quinoa, and 1 cup of soured cream. Mix well until evenly combined.
- 4. Add the sautéed onion mixture to the bowl with the spinach and quinoa mixture. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
- 5. Transfer the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with 1 cup of cheddar flavour block.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm and enjoy.
