- 80G Suhana Cuppa Poha Mix
- - Natco Black Mustard Seeds
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 100G Green Chillies - 100g
- 1 Packet Curry Leaves (1 Packet)
- 400G Daucy Potatoes 400G
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in water until they are tender. Once cooked, peel and dice them into small cubes. Set aside.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the red onion. Set aside.
- 3. Slice the green chillies into thin rounds. Adjust the quantity based on your spice preference. Set aside.
- 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- 5. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds to the hot oil. Allow them to crackle for a few seconds.
- 6. Add a few dried curry leaves and stir for 10-15 seconds to release their aroma.
- 7. Add the chopped red onion and sliced green chillies to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- 8. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix well.
- 9. Add the diced potatoes to the pan. Stir gently to coat the potatoes with the spices.
- 10. Open the poha mix and add it to the pan. Mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
- 11. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt (or to taste). Mix well.
- 12. Squeeze in 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice for a tangy flavor. Adjust the quantity based on your taste preference.
- 13. Garnish the dish with a sprinkle of coriander leaves for freshness.
