Instructions

  1. 1. Begin by preparing the vegetables. Wash and thinly slice the Organic Cabbage White, Yellow Bell Pepper, and Courgettes (Zucchini). Set them aside for later use.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring 500ml of water to a boil. Add the Nongshim Shin Ramyun noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes until they are tender. Drain the noodles and set them aside, reserving the seasoning packet for later.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by combining 1 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce, 1 teaspoon of Billington's Light Brown Soft Sugar, a pinch of Tata Salt, and the reserved seasoning packet from the Nongshim Shin Ramyun. Mix well and set aside.
  4. 4. In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of Amoy Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the sliced Organic Cabbage White, Yellow Bell Pepper, and Courgettes. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened but still retain a crunch.
  5. 5. Add the prepared sauce mixture to the stir-fried vegetables in the pan. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  6. 6. Add the cooked Nongshim Shin Ramyun noodles to the pan with the vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together to ensure the noodles are evenly coated and combined with the vegetables.
  7. 7. Toast 1 tablespoon of Natco Natural Sesame Seeds in a dry pan over low heat for 1-2 minutes until they are golden and fragrant. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the noodle and vegetable mixture.
  8. 8. Serve the Jain Sambal Thai Ramen hot, ensuring each portion includes a mix of noodles, vegetables, sauce, and garnishes. Enjoy your flavorful and aromatic dish!
