Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- 3. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally and spread the honey-Dijon sauce evenly on the cut sides of each roll.
- 4. Layer 2-3 slices of turkey breast on the bottom half of each roll, followed by 2 slices of cheddar cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls on top, pressing gently.
