Ingredients

  • - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Turkey Breast Fillets
  • NaN Bute Island Cheddar Flavour Block
  • 205G Fallot Dijon Mustard With Basil, 205G
  • 1 Jar Rowse Clear Honey
  • - Hellmann'S Real Mayonnaise 250ml
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
  • - London Grocery Ciabatta Bake At Home 4 Pack

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  3. 3. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally and spread the honey-Dijon sauce evenly on the cut sides of each roll.
  4. 4. Layer 2-3 slices of turkey breast on the bottom half of each roll, followed by 2 slices of cheddar cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls on top, pressing gently.
  5. 5. Brush the tops of the rolls lightly with olive oil to ensure a golden crust during baking.
  6. 6. Arrange the sandwiches on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy and golden.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing each sandwich in half. Serve immediately with crisps or a fresh green salad on the side.
