Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and water. Set aside to create the stir-fry sauce.
- 2. Slice the pork into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Toss well to coat evenly.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

- 5. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, adding a splash of water if needed to help the broccoli cook through while retaining its crunch.
- 6. Return the cooked pork to the pan, mixing it with the broccoli. Pour in the prepared hoisin sauce and stir-fry everything for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the pork and broccoli are evenly coated in the sauce.
- 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice or noodles, garnished with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds.
