  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and water. Set aside to create the stir-fry sauce.
  2. 2. Slice the pork into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Toss well to coat evenly.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
  4. 4. Add another tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan and increase the heat to high. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, adding a splash of water if needed to help the broccoli cook through while retaining its crunch.
  6. 6. Return the cooked pork to the pan, mixing it with the broccoli. Pour in the prepared hoisin sauce and stir-fry everything for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the pork and broccoli are evenly coated in the sauce.
  7. 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice or noodles, garnished with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds.
