- 120G Abc+ Trout Fillets In Pickled Sauce, 120G
- 250Ml Ktc Coconut Oil 250ml
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
- 2. Pour the marinade into a glass pan and add 1 tablespoon of water to thin it slightly.
- 3. Place the 1 lb salmon steaks into the marinade, turning them to coat evenly. Cover the pan and let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- 4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
- 5. Grill the salmon steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
