Ingredients
- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
- 400G Italianavera Chopped Tomatoes, 400G
- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 450G Northern Pasta Co. Fusilli, 450G
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 500 g of ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
- 2. Add 1 cup of fusilli to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef.
- 3. Stir in 1 can (400 g) of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of chopped spinach. Mix well and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and let the mixture simmer for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fusilli is tender.
- 5. Season the dish with 1 teaspoon of salt and stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- 6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top, cover the skillet, and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
