Ingredients

- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 240G Salmon Fillets With Lemon & Pepper Butter
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
- 118G Poon'S Wo Sauce, 118G
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion, and 1 teaspoon chopped parsley to create the marinade.
- 2. Place 500 g salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the fish is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill with the flesh side facing down. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 5. Flip the salmon, baste it with the remaining marinade, and continue grilling for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 6. Remove the salmon from the grill, garnish with additional parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
