- 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml
- 1 Jar Rowse Clear Honey
- 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
- - Rajah Crushed Red Chillies
- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
- - Pataks Lime Pickle
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
- - Light Soy Sauce
- - Dark Soy Sauce
- 295G Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook according to package instructions (typically 4-5 minutes). Drain, rinse with cold water to stop cooking, drizzle with 1 tsp sesame oil, toss, and set aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 3. Add the sliced carrot and bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
- 4. Toss in the snow peas and scallions, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the snow peas are vibrant green and tender-crisp.
- 5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Pour the sauce into the wok and stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 6. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, tossing everything together for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until the noodles are heated through and well-coated in the sauce.
- 7. Remove the wok from the heat and drizzle with the remaining sesame oil. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and optional red chili flakes for extra heat.
- 8. Serve immediately, dividing the stir-fry among bowls or plates. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a wedge of lime if desired.
