Ingredients
- 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack
- 125 Ml Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil, 125Ml
- 500G Short Dated Korean Ssamjang, 500G
- NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
- 500G Doenjang Soybean Paste, 500G
- 500 G Cj Gochujang Hot Pepper Paste
- 300G Ajumma Republic Kimchi Sauce, 300G
Instructions
- 1. Place 6 large eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 2. Remove the eggs from the saucepan and transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for 5-10 minutes to stop the cooking process.
- 3. Peel the eggs carefully and slice each egg in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- 4. To the yolks, add 1 tbsp kimchi sauce, 1 tsp ssamjang, 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste), 1/2 tsp rice vinegar, and 1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- 5. Finely chop 50g of cooked, shredded chicken or bacon (optional for the non-veg variant) and fold it into the yolk mixture.
- 6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed-out egg whites, filling each cavity generously.
- 7. Garnish the deviled eggs with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds, finely chopped green onions, and a light drizzle of toasted sesame oil.
- 8. Serve the deviled eggs chilled or at room temperature as an appetizer or snack.
