- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 50 G Vandevi Asafoetida 50g
- 140G Cirio Supercirio Tomato Puree 140G
- 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml
- 187 Ml Pure Maple Syrup, 187Ml
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu for 10-15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and fry until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 3. Cook the -free wheat noodles as per the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Heat over medium heat and add asafoetida, stirring for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
- 5. Add the julienned red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, snap peas, and courgette. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 6. Stir in the tomato puree, rice vinegar, and maple syrup. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 7. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- 8. Gently fold in the crispy tofu, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- 9. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped spring tops, and serve immediately while hot.
