- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- - Nongshim Shin Ramyun 120g
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger
- NaN Medium English Brown Eggs
- 250G Garlic 250g
- 33 Ml Japanese Chilli Oil, 33Ml
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- 400G Red Miso Paste, 400G
Instructions
- 1. Boil 2 packets of ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan. Add 200g of minced chicken and cook until browned. Add 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced ginger, and 1 chopped green chilli. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- 3. Add 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, and 1 tsp vinegar. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Add 1 cup of chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage) and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5. Pour in the reserved ramen cooking water and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss to combine.
- 6. Season with salt and seasoning to taste. Garnish with chopped spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- 7. Serve hot, optionally with a boiled egg or sliced chicken on top for added protein.
