Ingredients

  • - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 235 Ml Mary Berry'S Light Reduced Fat Salad Dressing
  • 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • - Celery
  • - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
  • 115G Findlater'S Smoked Mackerel Pate With Coriander Leaf & Lemon
  • 60G Little Leaves Lambs Lettuce
  • 5 l White Wine Vinegar - 5Lt - Marco Alimentari

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of cooked and cooled rice, 1 1/2 cups of cracked crabmeat, 1 cup of creamy salad dressing, 1/2 cup of diced green pepper, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion, and 1/2 cup of chopped celery. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  2. 2. Lightly oil a 6-cup mold to prevent sticking. Pack the crab and rice mixture firmly into the mold, pressing down gently to ensure it holds its shape.
  3. 3. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to set.
  4. 4. When ready to serve, carefully unmold the salad onto a serving platter lined with fresh leaf lettuce.
  5. 5. Garnish the salad with fresh parsley sprigs and lemon slices for a bright, decorative touch. Serve immediately and enjoy.
