Ingredients
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
- 235 Ml Mary Berry'S Light Reduced Fat Salad Dressing
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- - Celery
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- 115G Findlater'S Smoked Mackerel Pate With Coriander Leaf & Lemon
- 60G Little Leaves Lambs Lettuce
- 5 l White Wine Vinegar - 5Lt - Marco Alimentari
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of cooked and cooled rice, 1 1/2 cups of cracked crabmeat, 1 cup of creamy salad dressing, 1/2 cup of diced green pepper, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion, and 1/2 cup of chopped celery. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
- 2. Lightly oil a 6-cup mold to prevent sticking. Pack the crab and rice mixture firmly into the mold, pressing down gently to ensure it holds its shape.
- 3. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to set.
- 4. When ready to serve, carefully unmold the salad onto a serving platter lined with fresh leaf lettuce.
- 5. Garnish the salad with fresh parsley sprigs and lemon slices for a bright, decorative touch. Serve immediately and enjoy.
