  • - Borough Broth Company Free-Range Organic Chicken Bone Broth
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Ginger - 100g
  • - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Chicken Thighs
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken thighs to the pan, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, pour in the chicken stock, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle boil.
