- 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- 2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chicken thighs to the pan, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, pour in the chicken stock, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle boil.
- 5. Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return it to the pan. Reduce the heat to low and let the broth simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Meanwhile, prepare the bok choy by washing thoroughly and slicing each head into halves or quarters, depending on size.
- 7. Add the bok choy to the pan during the last 5 minutes of cooking, ensuring it stays vibrant and tender-crisp.
- 8. Taste the broth and adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce, salt, or pepper as needed.
- 9. Ladle the chicken, bok choy, and broth into bowls, garnish with sliced spring onions and a drizzle of sesame oil, and serve immediately.
