  • 360G Bannisters Farm Garlic & Rosemary Roasting Potatoes
  • - The Tofoo Co. Naked Tofu
  • 750 Ml Mr Organic Sunflower Oil
  • 100G Rajah Spices Ground Paprika Powder
  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • - Greenfields Ground White Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tsp ground paprika powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp ground white pepper to create a marinade.
  3. 3. Take 400g of firm tofu, press it to remove excess moisture, and cut it into thick slices.
  4. 4. Brush the tofu slices generously with the prepared marinade on both sides.
  5. 5. Place the marinated tofu slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
  7. 7. While the tofu is baking, prepare the side dish: open the package of garlic & rosemary roasting potatoes.
  8. 8. Toss the garlic & rosemary roasting potatoes with 1 tbsp sunflower oil.
  9. 9. Spread the garlic & rosemary roasting potatoes on a separate baking tray and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
