- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- 95 Ml Dr. Oetker Large Vanilla Extract
- 100G Borwicks Bicarbonate Of Soda, 100G
- 6 Per Pack Daylesford Organic Free Range Medium Eggs
- 250G Stork Block Butter Alternative
- 90G The Collective Suckies Banana Yoghurt
- 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 1 Kg Caputo Pasticceria 00 Cakes & Pastry Flour, 1Kg
Instructions
- 1. Mix 2 tablespoons of banana yoghurt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- 2. Add 1 egg to the banana yoghurt and mix well.
- 3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter alternative in a pan and add to the banana mixture.
- 4. Stir in 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 5. In another bowl, mix 1 cup of cakes & pastry flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, and a pinch of table salt.
- 6. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 7. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and grease with a little butter alternative.
- 8. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.
- 9. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- 10. Serve the banana pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or more banana yoghurt.
