- 1 Bunch Fresh Dill (Bunch)
- - Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 190G Perello Cocktail Gherkins, 190G
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 75G Perello Capers In Salt, 75G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Place 2 salmon fillets on the prepared baking tray. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over each fillet and season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and the juice of half a lemon.
- 3. Slice 1 lemon into thin rounds and place the slices on top of the salmon fillets.
- 4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 5. Meanwhile, prepare the tartare sauce: In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chopped capers, 1 tbsp chopped gherkins, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
