- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil on a tawa (griddle) or a flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the spices with the tomato mixture for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add the diced green bell pepper and slit green chilies. Cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the bell pepper remains slightly crunchy.
- 6. Stir in the low-fat yogurt and paneer cubes, tossing gently to coat the paneer with the spice mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium-low heat.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another minute to let the flavors meld together.
- 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with whole wheat roti or as a standalone dish.
