  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil on a tawa (griddle) or a flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the spices with the tomato mixture for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the diced green bell pepper and slit green chilies. Cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the bell pepper remains slightly crunchy.
  6. 6. Stir in the low-fat yogurt and paneer cubes, tossing gently to coat the paneer with the spice mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium-low heat.
  7. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another minute to let the flavors meld together.
