Ingredients

  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • - Coconut Oil
  • - Rice Flour
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry roast the rice flour in a pan on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously, and let it cool.
  2. 2. Gradually mix the roasted rice flour with a pinch of salt and sprinkle water until it forms a crumbly, moist texture.
  3. 3. In a steamer, layer the prepared rice flour and freshly grated coconut alternately, starting and ending with coconut.
  4. 4. Steam the mixture for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat and fluff gently with a spoon.
