- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100G Oleo
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it until fluffy. Once done, spread it on a plate to cool slightly.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- 3. Add the curry leaves and slit green chilies to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 4. Stir in the roasted peanuts, turmeric powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the ingredients evenly.
- 5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and gently mix to combine with the tempering. Ensure the rice is evenly coated with the turmeric and spices.
