  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 100G Oleo
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it until fluffy. Once done, spread it on a plate to cool slightly.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add the curry leaves and slit green chilies to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
