  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
  3. 3. Stir in the pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the oil separates from the masala.
  4. 4. Add the chicken pieces and mix thoroughly to coat them with the masala. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Add the diced bell peppers and slit green chilies. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is tender and the bell peppers are slightly softened.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and salt. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. 7. Turn off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
