Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Frozen Peas
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100G Oleo
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the pureed tomatoes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until the oil separates from the mixture.
  3. 3. Mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder into the tomato mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cauliflower florets, green beans, carrots, and peas to the pan, stirring well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and cover the pan. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Whisk the plain yogurt in a bowl until smooth and gradually add it to the pan, stirring continuously to prevent curdling.
  7. 7. Sprinkle kasuri methi and salt into the gravy and mix well. Simmer the dish for another 5 minutes until the flavors meld together.
  8. 8. Turn off the heat and let the dish rest for 2 minutes. Serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
