  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and slit green chilies, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and add whisked yogurt gradually while stirring continuously to prevent curdling.
  5. 5. Gently add the paneer cubes to the gravy, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and stir well. Simmer for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
  7. 7. Finish with fresh cream and garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
