- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Coriander Powder
- - Fresh Cream
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and slit green chilies, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
- 3. Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and add whisked yogurt gradually while stirring continuously to prevent curdling.
- 5. Gently add the paneer cubes to the gravy, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and stir well. Simmer for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
- 7. Finish with fresh cream and garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
