  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and yogurt. Gradually knead into a soft dough using a little water as needed. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute, then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the crumbled paneer and salt to the pan, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in chopped coriander leaves, remove from heat, and let the mixture cool.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a small circle. Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center, fold the edges to seal, and gently roll into a round paratha.
  6. 6. Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Cook each paratha, brushing with ghee or butter, until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
