Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 100G Oleo
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Fresh Cream
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate, about 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Toss in the diced capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes to retain a slight crunch.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently to coat them with the masala. Pour in the fresh cream, sprinkle garam masala, and kasuri methi. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- 6. Adjust salt as needed, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve hot with parathas or naan.
