Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100G Oleo
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. 4. Toss in the diced capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes to retain a slight crunch.
  5. 5. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently to coat them with the masala. Pour in the fresh cream, sprinkle garam masala, and kasuri methi. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  6. 6. Adjust salt as needed, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve hot with parathas or naan.
