Ingredients
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 250 g Cucumber
- 200 g Dahi
- - Zaatar
- - Olive Oil
- - Gourmade Soulful Snacking Olive & Herbs Flavor Pita Chips 125g
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 Kg Tomato (1 Kg)
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash and prepare the lettuce leaves, cucumber, bell pepper, and red cabbage by chopping them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, zaatar spice, olive oil, lemon juice, hing, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- 3. Add the prepared vegetables to the mixing bowl and pour the yogurt dressing over them. Toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 4. Just before serving, add the pita chips to the salad to maintain their crunch. Mix lightly to combine.
- 5. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and enjoy immediately as a refreshing snack or light meal.
