Ingredients

  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Zaatar
  • - Olive Oil
  • - Gourmade Soulful Snacking Olive & Herbs Flavor Pita Chips 125g
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 Kg Tomato (1 Kg)
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and prepare the lettuce leaves, cucumber, bell pepper, and red cabbage by chopping them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, zaatar spice, olive oil, lemon juice, hing, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3. Add the prepared vegetables to the mixing bowl and pour the yogurt dressing over them. Toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly.
  4. 4. Just before serving, add the pita chips to the salad to maintain their crunch. Mix lightly to combine.
