- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Pita Bread 100% Wholewheat
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Feta Cheese
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 250 g Cucumber
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 200 g Black Salt
- - Chicken Breast
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, and a pinch of black salt. Toss well and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, prepare the za'atar feta spread by mixing crumbled feta cheese, yogurt, za'atar seasoning, and hing until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly sauté the marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes until they are golden on the edges. Set aside.c
- 4. Warm the pita breads on a hot skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side to make them soft and pliable.
