  • 1 Kg Best Foods Mayonnaise
  • 370 G Freshos Dijon Mustard
  • 500 g Refined Flour
  • 100 g Salt
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 220°C. In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. While the batter rests, season the chicken breast with smoked paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  3. 3. Place a muffin or Yorkshire pudding tin in the oven with 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil in each compartment. Heat the tin for 5 minutes until the oil is sizzling hot. Carefully pour the batter into each compartment, filling them halfway, and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chili flakes, and olive oil to create a zesty sauce.
  5. 5. Once the Yorkshire puddings are baked, gently flatten them while warm to form wraps. Layer with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced chicken, and a drizzle of the zesty sauce.
  6. 6. Fold the Yorkshire pudding wraps and serve immediately for a delicious, hearty breakfast.
