- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- - Cayenne Pepper
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- - Coriander Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - 50G Protein Natural Yogurt-460Gm
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
- 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- 3. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Lightly grease the surface with olive oil.
- 4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the chicken is charred and cooked through.
- 5. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by combining diced tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice, and toss to mix.
