  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 50 g Parsley Leaves
  • - Cayenne Pepper
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - 50G Protein Natural Yogurt-460Gm
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Lightly grease the surface with olive oil.
