Ingredients
- 500 g Suji
- 200 ml Ghee
- 500 g Onion
- - Frozen Peas
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Carrot
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 250 g French Beans
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Dry roast the rava in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until aromatic, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Set aside.
- 2. Heat ghee in a large pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves, and sauté until they crackle.
- 3. Add the chopped green chili and onion, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
- 4. Stir in the carrots, beans, and peas, followed by turmeric powder, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
- 5. Add the roasted rava to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and spices.
- 6. Gradually pour in the hot water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the rava absorbs the water and turns fluffy.
- 7. Season with salt and lemon juice, mix thoroughly, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
