Ingredients

  • 500 g Suji
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Frozen Peas
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 g Carrot
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry roast the rava in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until aromatic, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves, and sauté until they crackle.
  3. 3. Add the chopped green chili and onion, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
  4. 4. Stir in the carrots, beans, and peas, followed by turmeric powder, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
  5. 5. Add the roasted rava to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and spices.
  6. 6. Gradually pour in the hot water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the rava absorbs the water and turns fluffy.
  7. 7. Season with salt and lemon juice, mix thoroughly, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
