Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 G Masur Dal
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 100G Oleo
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, and cook for 1 minute to bloom the spices.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt, cooking until the tomatoes soften and the oil separates, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and add them to the pan along with 300ml water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the cauliflower, green beans, and carrots to the pan. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. 7. Stir in the chickpeas, coconut milk, and garam masala, and let the curry simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Adjust salt to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
