Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 250 g French Beans
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 G Masur Dal
- 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100G Oleo
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, and cook for 1 minute to bloom the spices.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt, cooking until the tomatoes soften and the oil separates, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and add them to the pan along with 300ml water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 6. Add the cauliflower, green beans, and carrots to the pan. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 7. Stir in the chickpeas, coconut milk, and garam masala, and let the curry simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 8. Adjust salt to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
