Ingredients
- Pcs Fortune Besan 200gms
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 250 g Carrot
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Jeera
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt, and curd. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter of medium consistency.
- 2. Add finely chopped tomato, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves to the batter. Mix well to incorporate the vegetables evenly.
- 3. Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it gently into a thin circle.
- 4. Cook the chilla for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat for the remaining batter.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix shredded cabbage and grated carrot with a pinch of salt and a dollop of mint chutney.
- 6. Once the chillas are cooked, place a portion of the cabbage-carrot mixture in the center of each chilla. Roll them tightly to form wraps.
- 7. Serve the wraps warm, optionally with extra yogurt-mint chutney on the side.
