Ingredients
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g Spinach
- - Green Peas
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and enough water to knead a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt. Add the grated carrot, chopped spinach, chopped capsicum, boiled peas, and chopped coriander. Mix well to make the vegetable filling.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small circle. Place a portion of the filling in the center, fold the edges, and seal it to form a ball again.
- 4. Roll out the stuffed dough balls gently into flat parathas, ensuring the filling does not spill out.
- 5. Heat a tawa or flat skillet on medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, brushing with ghee or oil, until golden brown and slightly crisp.
- 6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with plain yogurt or mint chutney for a wholesome breakfast.
