Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 g Sub Multigrain Bread
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. 2. Coat the paneer cubes with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and pan-fry the marinated paneer cubes until golden and slightly charred, around 5-6 minutes.
  4. 4. Toast the slices of multigrain bread until crisp and slightly golden on both sides.
